Hi Raffaele,

The Frameworks of the Postgres Kit are working quite well (Server/Client kit, don´t know about the data kit bit i guess its far away from what baseten presently is). Personally, I use the embedded Server of the kit (its a demo app) for development purpose.

Just create a new app and integrate the Postgres-Server Kit as well as the baseten frameworks and create a new server instance in your app (you dont need the client kit).

You´ll have every possibility to create, stop, start the server. Just for tcp connections you have to alter the pga-hba.conf, I don´t know if there is any possibility to do this out of the framework.

Thats the only solution I know for creating an in app postgres server. You can even dump and restore the server, print logs etc. Its quite cool.

Cheers
