Actually it's supposed to be hiutil. On 10.5 the indexing was done by  
running Help Indexer.app from command line, but on 10.6 one is  
supposed to use hiutil instead. I added a branch there, since we  
haven't yet fixed the unit tests and as a result our buildbot isn't  
currently producing a disk image.
