[baseten-users] App crashing when attempting to connect to non-local IP

Hi there-

Any ideas on why my app would crash when attempting to connect to a  
non-local IP address?

I can get this app to successfully connect to a local Postgresql  
database, and the data retrieval and updates all work correctly.

However, when I attempt to connect to a remote Postgresql server, the  
entire app crashes after putting in the relevant connection info into  
the connection sheet.  I am able to connect to the remote Postgresql  
database server via the terminal and psql, so I know the remote server  
is accepting TCP connections correctly.
