Oh, just the thing that you do with BaseTen Assistant, add checkmarks
to tables. Try to run it on the database again and see if it complains
about an old schema version or something.

Alright, that's quite strange. We did change the means to determine,
whether entities are enabled and the process of enabling them, but I'm
quite sure that it happened before version 1.6.
I can't remember for sure at the moment, but I think that it's
possible to fetch from non-enabled entities as well as set their
database object class.
