At least in one-to-one relationships' case this is a bug. Setting the  
relationships non-optional causes BaseTen Assistant to refrain from  
creating the NOT NULL constraint, but I should do some more testing.  
We'll fix this as soon as we get the database dump limitation out of  
the way.
